@doblaine Well I don't do birds very well! I think I had at least one eye closed against the sun when I took this and maybe the camera took all the credit but thank you very much and especially for the FAV - I really liked it when I saw what the camera had taken!! (I tried to jazz the pic up a bit but it seemed resistant to any processing, except the crop of course.)
