Titchfield Abbey: a panorama of the barn

This barn is 48 m long so, given its location, the only way to shoot the whole is in a panorama. It's the barn that some historians think was a Tithe Barn for the abbey and others judge it was built to store Henry V's victuals etc for the Battle of Agincourt with the French.

Whatever its origins, I think it has a certain magic.
What a fascinating building Hazel, whatever it's history as you say it has a little bit of magic about it.

Nice pano., Hazel - looks like they could shoot arrows thorough those narrow slits, and hopefully not get shot themselves!

An amazing building, and I really like the panorama of it - the patterns of the windows and stones are lovely and that huge roof is really interesting.
