the first daffodil of the season by quietpurplehaze

the first daffodil of the season

Or should it be the last daffodil of 2014 - have never seen one flowering on Christmas Day before. It's by the river in the park at Romsey, where we went for our second walk of the day.

Just the turkey to cook (and eat!) tonight now.
Nice shot Hazel. Haha ... it arrived just as I was posting my Christmas snowdrop!

@michael1947

Thank you and to you, Michael. I'm just wondering if you were born in 1947? Probably not!

@quietpurplehaze Yes I was born in that year! Try to stay young in heart with lots of fun with the family and lots of projects like 365. Also cycle two or three times as week upto 50 miles. Like the song says, it is better to burn out than to fade away ( ha ha)
