What lovely strangers, every one with a smile and a story to tell!
I'm very happy that I saw the first post Phil @phil_howcroft made in his strangers' series and decided to join in. I can't really imagine stopping when I reach the target of 100.
The only problem, as Ray remarked, is that I might get too well-known(!): I'm now lucky to be friends with one of my erstwhile strangers and I'm starting to come across others in the street, this morning in our immediate neighbourhood.
btw the total is now 46..... and I started on 11th Sept 2015....
This is such a great challenge you're doing and the way you capture a portrait really relaxes people as all of them seem so relaxed! The collage and each picture for that matter looks great!!

This is fabulous Hazel! @phil_howcroft will be delighted to have set you on the road :-) Perhaps there is a notice board or library where you could post up your first collage? Fame at last!
Superb collage Hazel -- so many strangers whom you have befriended in taking their portrait and chatted to while finding a little of their history !! Good hunting for the next 50 !!
What a wonderful series of portraits!! You are doing terrific. What a great way to meet people and it Is evident you are quite adept at putting them at ease.
