Queen of South Pond by quietpurplehaze

Queen of South Pond

I haven't seen my friend the goose for a while, took this shot a while ago, think it'll soon be time for another visit. Four Canada geese flew in earlier in the summer and when they were living on the pond, she didn't even come to see what was going on when I visited.
She is quite the beauty Hazel.

Be careful, these geese can be slightly aggressive. You may need Jinks there to protect you.

@karlow75

We saw two geese terrorising two terrier dogs by a lake once. The owner had to pick up the dogs and carry them as the geese would not let them past. I'm really not sure whether Jinks is a match for a goose or not - luckily this goose is very tame.
