garden visitor

Ray called me to see this little frog he'd disturbed whilst digging up some black grasses to take to a friend.

This was the one and only shot I managed as he hopped so quickly away!
Great find and capture!

Nice shot. I've hardly ever seen a frog. They're not common here

A super capture of your little visitor. We used to have a pond in the garden and were overrun with frogs everywhere now we never see any at all.

I don't see many frogs now ...I don't think my garden lends itself...too dry! He looks a nicely marked frog.....love to see them jumping!

Well caught, they are so quick. Lovely detail of his colouring and nice against the stones. I nearly accidentally picked one up when picking up fallen pears among our garden bushes. Frightened me to death when he jumped!

@jennywren

I can imagine a frog would look rather like a fallen pear - and what a fright!
