scent bomb by quietpurplehaze

scent bomb

I remember the scent of this sarcococca in my parents' garden. My bit of processing seems to have given it a slightly waterlilyish Monet-esque look..... But it was hanging on a bush and not in a pond.

This was in the winter garden at Mottisfont.
This is beautiful Hazel, I have tried many times unsuccessfully to photograph my little scent bomb without success, well done!

Thank you, Lesley. I agree they are a bit small - and elusive!

Using your new lens to great advantage Hazel......it does look watery in the background......could be hanging over a lake & those are reflections.

i see the 'arty effect' Hazel, the bokeh works well to showcase the beauty of mother nature
