We took Ellie & David to Southsea and were pleased to find a restaurant with a big sign outside: 'We love dogs'. So in we went with Hattie and Jinks and then found, out the back, a verandah right on the beach.

So, in addition to a good lunch there was the chance to watch some activity on the sea. This is the cross-channel ferry returning from Caen to Portsmouth.
