I used the in-camera red selective-colour option.

I'm sorting out some entries for a competition and found this one taken a while ago and not posted on here, although I did post a similar one. It's a change at least from the proliferation of flower shots on my page!!

That is amazing. I've never seen one of these who exhibits movement while keeping still. The SC works really well with this shot.
