Eryngium in a National Trust garden. There's another flower as well, to the left, but I don't know what it is.

Beautiful, dreamlike. It's gypsophila or baby's breath, you see it used a lot in bouquets.

This caught my eye... it's very peaceful and I love the textural contrast between the baby's breath on the left and the Eryngium on the right.

How beautiful, love the colour. We tried planting some eryngium last year, it certainly didn't do as well as this!
