Another colour photo, shot in panorama mode on my Fuji X20 on a sunny day, and now converted to b&w on FastStone and given a little increase in contrast.
looks cool Haze and i like the shadow of the tree coming in from the bottom right leading us into the shot and pointing the people into the scene. Did you do that on purpose of just naturally without thinking :)
Phil, I was just trying to work out your first comment when I saw your second!! The answer is that I cannot reliably remember as this was a shot from my 'archive'. I think, being a pano, I must have had more than one try at it and yes, did notice the tree shadow. This was taken with my Fuji X20 and one thing I can say, having revisited previous panorama shots and taken some fresh ones for our photography group this week, is that my most sophisticated camera, the Sony a6000, makes quite a poor job of them. And it sounds like an angry magpie when it's taking them!
Linda, it's basically terraced housing built in the 18thc in the city of Bath, England. Now Grade 1 listed, fiendishly expensive to buy I guess! Some more info here if you like to have a look http://www.royalcrescentbath.co.uk/index.html
