b&w reflections: No.9: the Norman church by quietpurplehaze

b&w reflections: No.9: the Norman church

I often visit the Hospital of St Cross and Almshouse of Noble Poverty and always find photo opportunities.

This church is all that survives of the original almshouses. But the remaining architecture is medieval, characterful and beautiful.

The reflections are in the pond of the Master's Garden which was featured in one TV episode of Wolf Hall.
Great buildings

The photo has a beautiful structure to it. I like the way the walls and pool divide it up into segments.

@laroque

Thank you, Tim. I'm always interested when a 365 friend sees something in my shot which hasn't occurred to me.
