This is the waterfall at The Old Mill Restaurant mentioned in my main album.
The waterfall is a lovely feature, albeit tricky to photograph: dim environment, falling water behind glass, lights and reflections, outside window and its reflection. If anyone can look at my settings and make suggestions for a better effort, I will be happy.
The waterfall I guess as it was quite hard in the dim light to see what else was in the frame! I'm glad you like it - I have corrected the exposure........
@quietpurplehaze If you leave it on the lens it will always be available but make certain that it's not affecting your image in ways you don't want - there'll also be some light loss... perhaps a stop.
You might try to focus on different aspects, the water and then maybe a reflection Just a thought but, have you ever tried to use the focus magnifier setting? I just learned about it recently. ( https://rockynook.com/understanding-focus-magnifier-on-your-sony-a6000/ ). I started to use it since I began using my old manual focus lenses.
I really think you nailed the ND SOOC challenge here.
Well I suppose in a restaurant it could be red wine waterfalls. The high iso is me lazily leaving the a6000 to set it - must remember it tends to do that in such a situation. Thanks for help, Phil.

I saw no handle!!! I don't think I could actually sit at the table adjacent to this 'waterfall' but I have seen other customers do so!
Thanks, Richard. Silly question, but would you leave it on the lens?

Richard, thank you - useful info to me.
Thank you. I will seek it out. Oh I see the David Busch mentioned - I have the book so will consult that.

Many thanks for being interested and for your comments! It's been a learning exercise for me.
