fruit cobbler: Victoria plums, nectarines and apples

Making a pudding for tonight's meal.

What I want to say has nothing to do with cooking: Ray just took in our weekly delivery from Sainsbury's and the delivery driver told him that the previous customer's order was 8 of the very large cardboard trays - filled with toilet rolls.

Now maybe I should be charitable and think that the said customer is running an institution of some sort.......

The supermarket apparently is taking on more drivers in anticipation of the onslaught.

We were in Sainsburys at old gits allocated time early this morning doing our weekly shop and notice the toilet roll shelves depleted we could not believe its happening again:)

Looks wonderful Hazel will you have it with cream or custard. I received my Sainsbury delivery today and no toilet rolls needed this time. I have been stocking up on the 16 rolls Andrex packs while they have been on offer these last few weeks.
