Awesome capture, Rach. We had one in our yard this evening and my cat went for it so it left quickly. Do you use a dedicated Macro setting to capture detail like this photo?

Beautiful shot! I really think we are on the same wavelength, Rachel. I took a bee pic yesterday, with pollen like yours, but didn't use it for my 365. We've shot the same subjects on the same day for three days now . :0)

All your comments are all very appreciated. @darsphotos Yes there is a set macro setting actually there are two on the camera. @cjwhite Wow what are the chance of that!!! I noticed you have since posted you bee pic on Facebook it's a nice shot. So what are we taking pics of tomorrow? lol

@rach_who I am envious, I have no macro settings on my camera so have to do what the manufacturer said to do and sometimes it works and other times it does not. Frustrating for me as I would love to take some nice macros. It is really hit and miss for me.
