One of my ambitions for 2013 is to learn new skills in cake decorating to share with family and friends. I started today, with a relative simple biscuit decorated with a 'quilted icing'. Fitting with today's theme challenge, I used the cachous to write the word "CAKE" in Braille.
The kids loved helping me make them - I hope you enjoy the moment.....
Wonderful shot, love the tones and composition! Good on you for learning new things too, cake decorating is something I enjoy too, but haven't had chance to learn much more than the basics so far.
i LOVE this, i saw it on fb and really loved it... flicking through here im like omg someones nabbed your photo and put it on FB... LOL im a tool, its your fb site hahaha! /ramble! LOL!
Awesome composition and colors :) And this biscuit looks perfectly decorated! Can't wait to see some of your decorated cakes sometime! :) Amazing capture of your work of (food) art! :)
What a wonderful idea and I love how dedicated you are to the project! Perfect for the theme. Did you know braille for cake before or is that something you learned as a result of setting this shot up? Very cool!
@sam_cr LOL! I would have done exactly the same...I would have run back here and be like "OMG someone pinched your photo" LOL. .Thanks so much for checking it out on Facebook :)
