Freeze Up

Very unusual occurrence happened this morning while I was watching both the sunrise along with the steam off the lake, Two rainbows occurred on either side of the sun which was just the mist catching the sun's rays. You can see a bit of one on the right side of my photo, I have never seen this before. Unfortunately, the ice is already forming over the lake, these steamy mornings will not continue much longer as it is currently -22 C.!

I think they are called Sun dogs and someone else just posted a shot of them the other day but I can't remember whose it was. So here's a shot from a while back but its another really nice capture.
