Although the fence made me feel like I was kept out from this landscape, the sky looked both unique and inviting drawing me into the horizon past the fence. This was taken while out for a walk, on a frosty day.

I definitely agree that the fencing adds to the scene here - love the way you composed this catching those awesome clouds. The ground is nearly a reflection of the sky. Beautiful.
