For 2 weeks leading up to the holidays the landscape was truly a winter wonderland. Christmas eve started out with rain which threatened the white christmas fortunately christmas day saw the return of snowy weather which we hope will remain until March.

@skipt07@shesnapped Thank you skip and Ashley for stopping by Island girl is the name of my boat more appropriate for the summer, named for the island that we always go to, however in winter the island is covered in snow and the boat is in storage. Originally named after the Elton John song Islandgirl.
@radiogirl - I see from your profile and some of your recent posts that it is obvious you don't live in the tropics. For some reason when I saw those snow covered trees and your name underneath my brain did one of those, "That does not compute" that the robot in "Lost In Space"used to say.
