A fixer-upper!

It's a Canadian fixer-upper but, if you want a home to grow into, it might just be what you are looking for - provided you don't mind the thought of dusting 65,000 square feet or its $25-million price tag.
The house sits on 40 acres along the shores of Lake Temiskaming and it's about the same size as Bill Gates's property near Seattle, and it happens to be on the lake where I live!

I am sorry, but that is one ugly building....I think it mars the waterfront!! Never quite understood why anybody would need a home that size, but to each their own, and obviously this one is on the market for a reason. It might serve better as a conference center.....just saying!
