On my mother/daughter weekend in The town of Huntsville we came across many buildings that had paintings on them, like this one.
This is a Tom Thompson painting, he painted with the group of seven (Canada’s most famous painters from the 1920s) unfortunately he died before their first group show.
They think he was murdered while canoeing, and It’s still a mystery today!

Ahhh beautiful! I know the work of the group and of Tom Thompson, but I never knew of his death! What a nice encounter this was and I'm glad you photographed it to share!
