living room flowers #2

Cold and rainy day. Looking around for something bright and cheerful in the house to photograph and I spotted these on the table beside me.

Same photo as living room flowers #3, but processed a little differently. I thought it kind of looked like an old painting.

The texturing does make this picture look rather like an old painting. Funny how we sometimes overlook the things sitting right beside us that could serve as a photo subject. Nice discovery!

I usually like what I get when I take the photo and usually have more than enough I could post. I just thought I'd play Friday night. And I had fun. And learned more about processing photos. And I guess that's what this site is all about.
