View of the day

Not very photogenic, but it's what I looked at most of the day while I sat with a friend in the hospital. She was doing better when I left this evening.

My friend wasn't doing as well as I thought at the time I took this photo and was transported the next evening to a larger hospital for emergency surgery. She is slowly progressing although still in critical condition. I've spent most of the time in the last several days with her or doing things for her, so I've not been able to view or comment on your photos.
