State fields

Today's (and the last day's) challenge for the one week only challenge was a panorama. My biggest difficulty doing this sort of shot is getting a vista unobstructed by trees and power lines. This is a view of the fields on some properties owned by the State of NC. on the left is the NC School for the Deaf. I'm shooting the photo from Broughton Hospital (a state psychiatric facility). In the distance are the Blue Ridge Mountains, with Table Rock and Hawsbill clearly visible.
Its a lovely scene of an in-between season -- the color is mostly gone and the snow hasn't arrived.
