My get-pushed partner, Joan Robillard, wrote "Looks like we are partners again. I have a proposition for you. How about you do the challenge you gave me and I do the one I gave you. A little taste of our own medicine." So my challenge this week was to post a photographic representation of something I wished to start, improve, change, decrease or stop in 2018. This is a pattern for a pair of fingerless mitts. I like the color and the design but want to use them for a pair of socks. This makes them new and changed.
@joansmor This is the photo I chose to post for the Get Pushed challenge this week. Harder than I thought, since I don't make New Years resolutions. Thanks for the challenge.
@overalvandaan Thank you Saxa. @tunia Thank you. Not much different than shown on the pattern, which I liked and of course why I picked them. @joansmor Thank you Joan. I will try to remember to post when I finish. I think that's why I chose the PP photo that I did last week. It's not as easy as it sounds. @jamibann Thank you. I like the fingerless mitts too, but would wear the socks much more often. @leananiemand Thank you. I will do my best to remember to post when finished. It may be awhile. Several projects ahead of this one. @craftymeg Thank you Margaret. I hope the socks turn out as pretty as this picture. @fbailey Thanks. It will be a little challenging, carrying the yarn and preventing the socks cuffs from getting too tight.
