If you look closely at the spigot (especially on the back side) it's pretty obvious that this isn't this bird's first trip there. @craftymeg Thank you Margaret. I tried to get closer and it took off. I'm too loud and jerky I think. @hajeka Thanks H-J. It's an outdoor spigot. I'll hazard a guess that the grounds people hook hoses to it to water the shrubs and trees.
