Masculine with one exception

52 Week Challenge - Week 27 - Masculinity
Dangerous times to be labeling things by gender. But I saw all these men working to pour concrete and thought, "this is a pretty masculine scene" until I pushed the shutter button. The exception appeared in the scene.

It's not that unusual here- I see women in work crews quite often. I don't know how long they stick with them- can't be the easiest job- but I imagine it pays well. Good catch!
