Oh, I forgot to mention on my "Unidentified Visitor" shot that when you see a picture of a Hummingbird Moth and compare it to this one there are several obvious differences besides the double wings. I actually have seen them a couple times and they are much larger than this fellow and the color of the body is different too. That was one of my guesses though so after looking at all the Skipper pictures, I checked it out. But no match!
Kathy, we are partnered for get-pushed and you often give me tips for processing. How do you feel about taking, and processing, a photo of a fruit or vegetable in the style of Edward Weston? This link may help you decide whether to accept the challenge or not!!! https://edward-weston.com/
@randystreat I did finally find out what it was- a Whirlabout. One of my friends here suggested a Skipper I didn't know about but while looking that one up I saw a picture and description of the Whirlabout and knew that what it was. When they fly they twirl about they sort of look like a helicopter which is definitely how this one was flying.
@olivetreeann Interesting. Good to know. There are so many insects out there that I think are all the same thing. @jb030958 I'm glad to make you smile Jennie. Thank you for your comment.

Thanks to all of your for your sunny comments.
@olivetreeann There were photos of hummingbird hawk-moths on Google that the wings seemed to be double like the one in your photo.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond I will try it. It could be fun.
