It's amazing how Nature provides what we we're looking for in a shot...although not always. Hope the blooms will have some better weather so that you enjoy them.

@s4sayer Thank you Margo. It should begin to get cooler anytime now, so the flowers will quit when that happens. It's always nice to get this burst of color in the fall when the heat of the summer is behind us and the late fall and winter temperatures haven't arrived yet. @jb030958 Thank you Jennie. I used my 18-200mm lens. I did focus using the manual focus. I don't have a macro, although I have some extension tubes. I agree. I find it hard to focus with them. I'm usually always too far away. I agree with you that Hope @mzzhope is very talented. I follow her too and find her photos quite inspiring.
