Okay - I have done a quick tour through your album to catch up on all your wonderful work.
Your challenge - and I am so sorry that I am a bit late issuing it - is to try your hand at split toning.
Try to keep it subtle rather than the bold style. You may want to google some sites to research it if you are not familiar with the technique.
@olenadole Thank you. @30pics4jackiesdiamond I'd love for you to. @jb030958 It was chilly and damp and the sun finally came out. We had damp and dreary Saturday. @wakelys Yes, it hit the spot. @bkbinthecity I was basking in the sunlight like a cat and drinking that tea. A nap was not far away but never materialized. @grammyn Thank you. It was a wonderful lazy afternoon. @overalvandaan Thank you Saxa. @pyrrhula A great afternoon in the sunroom watching the birds, knitting and drinking tea. @tosee Thank you Tom @linnypinny Thank you Lin. @lyndemc I often have the laid back Sunday afternoons, but don't always bring tea into the picture. @cocobella Thank you @thewatersphotos It was wonderful. @jamibann Thank you. It was nice. @kjarn Thanks Kathy. We've been having rain often and as it's winter here, the temperatures feel colder when there's rain involved. The sun actually hadn't been out long when I took this. @aikiuser Thank you. It was nice. @johnfalconer Thank you John. @farmreporter Thank you Wendy. @will_wooderson I like it a lot when I drink, but don't seem to drink it often. Must have been watching one of those "Englishter" shows where they always are drinking tea. Makes me want it. @craftymeg Thank you Margaret. @serendypyty Thanks. It was nice and stayed warm for the longest time.
@mcsiegle Thanks Mary. I tried hard. I also realized that when you boil water on the stove (or maybe one of those electric pots) it stays hotter longer than in the microwave.
A super shot and a FAV!!
