I don’t even know what it is but it sure looks good in this photo. The entire Composition is definitely worthy of being in a gourmet magazine…....Except for the plastic container!
@mcsiegle Thanks Mary. It was very good. It took me all evening to eat my supper. I was interrupted just after I started eating by a friend stopping by and then took it to the computer with me. A bit mindlessly I ate it all. Should have divided it from the beginning. @summerfield The flowers showed up well in the evening sunlight. Thanks Vikki. I also like Nam (crispy rice salad). @tunia Thank you Tunia. @grammyn You've got that right Brian. @craftymeg Rice noodles in a mild sauce (and not to much sauce, just enough to give flavor). It also had chicken in it and those are bean sprouts, chopped peanuts and a lime. Mild, not spicy. Sorry about the container. Didn't want to needlessly dirty up another dish. Been that way all my life. "Why, Mom, can I not just put the pickles out on the table in the jar?" @craftymeg It was good, Margaret. @pyrrhula Well it was tasty. I guess it's healthy, too. Could be a lot worse I imagine.
