@olivetreeann Thank you Ann. You're right. It's getting cold at night again. Soon frost will nip their noses. @joemuli Ah Joey. Thank you so much. @grammyn Thank you Katy. I wasn't sure about those barely their flowers behind. They sort of look like my lens is very dirty. @thewatersphotos Thank you Gary. Yes, me too. I thought the flowers looked spring like in the colors they were. @shutterbug49 Thank you Debbie. I'm trying to use longer depths of field to get more subject matter in focus. I realize I always crank the fstop down to the largest opening possible. So this one was f/16, but I was disappointed not to get more flowers in focus. Will have to study this a bit more. And keep practicing. @kjarn Thanks so much Kathy. You're always so supportive. @jamibann Thank you Issi. Unexpected for late October aren't they. @wakelys Thank you Sue. Yes, I was surprised at how shiny the leaves were. @pusspup Thank you Wylie. As I said to Debbie above, I tend to use shallow DoF but am trying to go deeper. This didn't exactly turn out as I planned. Will have to keep practicing. @craftymeg Thanks so much Margaret. A surprise to see them yesterday. @cocobella Thank you very much Corinne. Not as good a DoF as I'd hoped. I will continue to practice this. @pyrrhula Thank you Ferry. I planted these one year and they were yellow.
