@30pics4jackiesdiamond Thank you Jackie.
@Dawn Thanks Dawn. I have no idea. Something my husband dragged in once upon a time. It's in awfully good shape, so it makes me wonder if it's just something some carved for fun.
@grammyn Thanks so much Katy.
@tosee Thanks very much Tom.
@wakelys Thank you Sue. I do think it's well done and if I could remember it was there, it could be very helpful.
@corinnec Thank so much Debbie. It has lovely carving. The larger end almost looks like a cat's paw.
@pyrrhula Thank you Ferry. It's hefty in the hand. You could give someone a good knock on the noggin.
@shutterbug49 Thank you Debbie. (Secret - I pulled off the sweater I was wearing to use as the background. One of the advantages, I guess, of living alone.)
@olivetreeann Thanks Ann.
@cdcook48 Thanks Chris.
@kjarn Thank you Kathy.
@bkbinthecity Thanks Brian.

@digitalrn Thanks Rick. Yes the wood itself is pretty and whoever carved it did a nice job as far as I'm conserned.
@Dawn I doubt it was ever used as a weapon. Hope I never need to use it either.
@haskar Thank you Hannah.
