Well done! Is this different yarns or a self-striping yarn? Blocking makes so much difference. Very nice.

@featherstone Thank you Sue. It is self striping. I guess that I photographed it in a different area of the shawl for each picture. It was also doubled in the blocking stage - too big to spread out. I have no place to put it.

I bought a yoga mat to block on, and I use "T" pins to pin into the yoga mat. That works pretty well for me. (I put the yoga mat on the floor.)

@featherstone I block on some of those exercise mats that join together like jigsaw puzzles. I have a set of large ones, and a set of small ones.
@tosee @barbtatum @ziggy77 @altadc I appreciate all your kind words. @peterlgrave Peter, you may be right. There are men who knit but probably not items like this.
