It's actually a nice warm summery day here in the Netherlands today, and I was really craving something fresh for dinner. So I made myself a large fruitsalad with a home made dressing. And it turned out fantastic. Amazing colors but an even more amazing taste. First time I used ginger syrup, but it's here to stay!
-250 grams of strawberries
-150 grams of blueberries
-quarter pineapple in tiny dices
-1 1/2 tablespoon of gingersyrup
-1 citron of citron juice
-good dash of cinnamon
I mixed up the dressing first, diced the bananas and let them soak while I prepped the rest of the fruit. Just slice and dice away, mix it all up and enjoy!
