Ploughed Field under a Winter Sky

Advice appreciated on this one. It was the lines of the ploughed field that caught my attention, yet they are virtually lost in this. How should I have accentuated them?
Great tree silhouettes.
I use lightroom to edit in and I was wondering if the adjustment brush to lighten the ploughed rows would work.

Thank you, Connie. I do very little editing but have started to do some with Photoshop Elements, which I seem to struggle with. Will look into Lightroom.

In photoshop, I would select the field area and increase the exposure, then use the curves function to increase the contrast in that area. I think your issue was with the light meter adjusting for the sky on your photo rather than the field.

@helenhall Thank you Helen Jane. I have only just started using Photoshop and my friend has given me a crash course mentioning the tools you suggest, but of course I'd forgotten when I went to work on this!

The lines on the field are interestkng, but the sweep of the branches against the sky is so dramatic!

@fbailey Thanks, I like them too and am pleased with the photo, but I did not really notice them when taking it, as the furrows had grabbed me.
