New York Stories

This my parting shot from last week's trip to the East Coast. One of the highlights was dining at Grammercy Tavern, Zagat's #1 rated restaurant
for "dining at the bar" and #2 most popular in New York City.

The neo-Colonial decor is elegant, yet rustic and Chef Michael Anthony's New American cuisine is superb! Mostly I was focused on the much anticipated food and wine but at one point, I glanced at the couple at the next table, obviously sharing an intimate moment. 'Were they married or dating?' I wondered. Curious to know what you think?

You can probably guess that I'm a huge fan of NYC but only manage to get there every couple years. And yes, the Grammercy Tavern is an amazing restaurant. Luckily, someone else footed the bill which was considerable!
