Did some wine tasting in Stellenbosch, about 30 miles outside Cape Town. Drove through the gorgeous countryside dotted with more than 150 wine farms and vineyards. Stopped at four wineries, including the one pictured here. Sat on an outdoor deck, under this weeping willow, gazing out over the pond filled with Lily pads, sipping Pinot Noir and Cabernet.
Our internet has been spotty so I'm behind in posting and will try to catch up. Each day is packed with things to do so by the time I'm back at my room, it's midnight, I'm exhausted and need to get some sleep so I can wake up early to get going again. Also, since all I brought is my IPad, the best photos may have to wait until I return home. The photos I'm posting are SOOC because I can't do much additional processing. I haven't even had time to review the more than 600 pics I've already shot. That'll keep me busy next month!
