Happy Passover by redy4et

Happy Passover

Passover is the festival of freedom and light, commemorating the Israelite's Exodus from Egypt and their transition from slavery to freedom. Last night we hosted our family Seder and shared stories, song and traditional foods, including matzah ball soup, handmade fish, brisket, and
a mixture of apples, nuts, wind and cinnamon called haroset. It's a big production, both the preparation and the exhausting cleanup till past midnight but our family looks forward to this annual feast which I've been doing it for more than 40 years. Not only that, yesterday was my birthday so I essentially gave my own dinner party! The benefit of hosting is
we get to eat all the leftovers.

Many thanks again to my 365 friends who faved my
Caffeine High photo to the PP! That was a great birthday present!
