This little daffodil, no bigger than my thumb, was first to bloom in a small pot in my patio garden. I planted the daffodil and tulip bulbs in early December as I have for the past five years. I get excited when they start to pop up-- they're like my babies that I've tended and nurtured. So much more satisfying than store-bought.
