Stones at the Water's Edge

Variegated stones of all colors and shapes attracted my attention as we drove along the waterways in Scotland. Many times it was impossible to stop due to the narrow roads but we did manage to pullout at this spot where the stones were piled up like little monuments.

Well spotted, and lovely views. I couldn't get over how wonderful the light on the water looked... and how strong and stately the mountains looked. You've captured that here :)
