Myakka River State Park. A wetlands nature preserve with rivers, lakes and alligators! Our guide said there were some 4,000 in the waters of this park. It was a cold day so we only spotted a few dozen of the critters. The ones pictured are about 6 to 8 feet long. I was glad I had a long lens.
