Timetable:
1-3:30 pm: drove about 100 miles, the final 3 on a bumpy, dusty dirt road with enormous ruts on both sides.
3:30-5 pm: set up equipment and computers, calibrate the 22-inch telescope, ate sandwiches.
5-5:30 pm: I took photos of the sunset over Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.
5:30-10:30 pm: observed Andromeda Galaxy, the Supernova in M82, Orion Nebula and about a billion stars on a perfect cloudless night! Amazing!
10:30-11:30 pm: hot cocoa and pancakes at IHop.
1:15 am: got home too tired to even think about posting to 365. Decided to go to sleep and do it all in the morning.
