I noticed yesterday that there are now two chicks in the nest with mom, but yesterday’s post had to be Marcia & Missy. Although I rowed the lake, I was back at the Rec today to clean up and snapped frames for today’s post.

@sailingmusic Nothing terribly fancy or clever — ’Tis a small tree (10–15 feet?) and the nest is just above my eye level (I’m about 5'7"). I approached as close as I could so “mom” wouldn’t upgrade above “code yellow” and become agitated (or worse!) and zoomed in as much as I could (154mm) and still focus.
