The battery charger for my old, 12-volt cordless driver was spotted with a dried, dark liquid. I wondered how/why I'd never noticed it before, but the driver is about 18 years old — the Makita here, http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2016-02-21 — so I didn't lose any sleep over it.
Clare came home with a new 6-pack of beer. After I put 2 in the frig and went to put the remaining 4 in the garage cabinet above the battery charger, I discovered what the dried, dark liquid had been.
The cap seal wasn't compromised; the bottom was simply sheered off, and quite neatly as you can see. Why couldn't it have been one of the less-expensive bottles?
