Fortunately for all of you, we *will* have to go home…

Not even 24 hours old yet.
Even though there were no complications (beyond 24 hours of labor, our daughter would say), the doctor/hospital is keeping mother-and-daughter until tomorrow. Clare & I are cooking for our other daughter & her husband in the empty house tonight and getting ready to cook and clean and generally support the new parents when they come home tomorrow.
