When our daughters were still at home for the holidays, our good friend Raymond would prepare exquisite Christmas Eve meals while we decorated their Christmas tree. We have spent the past two Christmases with our daughters and their husbands and son-in-law Steve has sought to make sure our new Christmas tradition still includes fine dining on Christmas Eve. Today he prepared appetizers, soup and salad courses before this bacon-wrapped main course with delicious sides and then dessert. Yum!! See last year's post for this date… »
