“Day-old soup”

Dinner at Raymond & Jeanne's » soup course = Lobster bisque.
Raymond used to joke that it's "day-old" soup because he made the fish stock the day before. But he has since found a viable commercial fish stock, so it no longer takes two days to make. It. Is. Delicious.
