Pumpkin by rhoing

Pumpkin

Our grandson was born by emergency C-section yesterday, so the kids will be at the hospital longer than expected or planned. In the meantime, we are here with our three-next-week granddaughter. We did some grocery shopping today and bought a pumpkin to put on the front steps.

I don't know how to interpret the phone-camera's information about this image — “f/1.7, 4mm” — but we know that these are wide angle lenses, so I'm impressed with the straight lines, even across the short side of the portrait-oriented image.

@marlboromaam It's weird — with just one grandchild, I have felt like a rookie or still-wet-behind-the-ears grandparent. But with two now, I feel like I'm not just pretending anymore!
