Not traveling. Not even getting out every day to go to the gym. Ten years of posts, I'm kind of “out” of much to shoot around the house. So this is a “filler” from a couple weeks ago.
One of my frustrations with getting older is holding the heavy camera steady enough for longer exposures and keeping the frame square to the subject. I liked the scene of the snow two weeks ago through the window over the front door. The light-and-dark presents an exposure challenge and I think I cheated to keep the camera horizontal by resting it on an upstairs railing. This has been corrected a little for the blue tint in the snow.
